Absolutely appalling!
Damaged item of furniture ( which they denied ) dispite the fact an employee had struggled to carry item upstairs and had literally " bounced " it upstairs
Damaged a frame belonging to my daughter
Manager arranged to come and view the damaged items on the Saturday but then cancelled 20 mins before due
Re arranged for next day but not only did he not have the decency to turn up he also ignored all calls and texts in regards to this
Only when I mentioned to involve trading standards did he turn up next day after a text saying he was on his way
With not so much as an apology
When viewing the damage he was stand offish and clearly did not want to accept responsibility
We used this company to store items for 6 weeks whilst work was carried out on our property with the assurance our goods would be looked after
However this was certainly not the case
The worker that bought items bk was clearly not up to the job
Avoid this company like the plague.

We used this company through recommendation from a family member who had used them before. We were amazed by the level of their professionalism and good value for money. They turned up 15 minutes early and got cracking straight away. They handled our belongings with great care and showed great consideration to our needs in loading our belongings. At the new property, they put carpet protectors on the carpets to keep our new carpets clean. they assembled all the furniture and our beds at no extra cost at all. I would strongly recommend these guys to anyone.
